Inspired by the Spanish tradition of sourcing local ingredients to make their Paellas, we have created our own special south coast paellas using fresh local produce. We are excited to present our custom range of premium quality Paella.

ULLADULLA HARBOUR.

Local trawler caught seafood is the star in this Paella, prawns, calamari, blue eye cod, rice, fire roasted capsicum, green beans, tomatoes, onions, seafood stock, olive oil, saffron, smoked paprika, fresh rosemary, garlic, white wine, bay leaves sea salt, pepper, parsley, lemon wedges

CLASSIC SPANISH PAELLA.

Paella is one of the most popular and famous global dishes. Valencia in Eastern Spain is the undisputed home of Paella. Paella was originally farmers and farm labourer’s food cooked by the workers over a woodfire. It was made with rice plus whatever was on hand around the rice fields and countryside.
