Established in 1988 Icon Event Catering are the only Wood Fire Spit Roast Caterer in Australia. Capturing the essence of a true Australian Spit Roast, we cook our meats from scratch at your location on specially designed wood fire barbecues using Australian hardwoods. This slow cook method of roasting is both healthy and full of flavour.

Full Service Catering (not a drop off).

Our chef arrives at your location 4 hours before serving time to set up the wood fire. Cooking time is approximately 3 hours. Your wood fire roasted meats are then carved for your enjoyment.
